Riot Games will be present at Lucca Comics and Games 2013, which will held in Viale Carducci from October 31 to November 3. What surprises me is that art of an unknown champion appears at Lucca C&G's promotion poster. Will she be next champion after Jinx?
Here is what I know about the unknow champion:
1. It is not Diana skin. She's missing the facial markings which makes her highly unlikely.
2. The Art was first released on the video of Lucca Comics and Games 2013 advertising poster called "[Lucca C&G] Promotion Poster Making Of" on September 4th. That is to say, the video was posted way before Riot announced to be part of the event: Riot Games al Lucca Comics and Games 2013!
Rough translation as below:
"The news was already in the air for some time but it is now time to formalize: Riot Games will be present at Lucca Comics and Games 2013!
From October 31 to November 3 in Viale Carducci, do not miss the chance to satisfy all your curiosity about League of Legends chatting in person with many Rioters who will participate in the event.
We expect plenty of action within the walls of Lucca this year: in the Land of the Summoners games with your favorite characters, parades wonderful cosplay representatives of the heroes of Runeterra and, if that 'not enough, mini themed quiz that League of Legends participate.
The surprises do not end there however ... but do not want to reveal everything at once, in the coming weeks expect succulent and intriguing novelty.
We have loads and can not wait to kick off the dance, and you?"
3. Later, Riot (ChaosMao) and Lucca Comics also confirmed it was not a new champion.
Explains to point 2 and 3: What if they were lying? Maybe they just do something to let us take a sneak peak at the future champ and on the other way, keeping her a mysterious champion at the same time. It is what Riot always do, isn't it?

Anyway, it is just my personal prediction. Befor the truth is revealed, what do you guys think? Any better ideas? I am really curious about that.
